Project Description

This private residential scheme was constructed for a developer client, with whom we have completed several previous projects. The work was completed on a design and build basis, based upon the design of local architect David James’ development on the Sandbanks Peninsular.

The project included the use of a wide range of construction materials including steel frame, timber frame and traditional construction. The properties have fully tanked basements and are fully wired with the latest AV equipment.
