The Old Rectory was completely refurbished and completed in 2023. The property required extensive structural works to safeguard its future.
After the high quality finishes were completed the property was handed back to its then owners.
In 2024 the property changed hands and Spetisbury Construction Limited were invited back to carry out further works within the grounds.
New outbuildings were constructed to provide bike stores , pool rooms and guest facilities. Constructed in the local Purbeck Stone, with stone slate roofs and oak weather boarding the buildings compliment the newly refurbished rectory building.
