The replacement of the existing roof in VM Zinc has been completed with RLM Architects Ltd and Graham Garner & Partners Ltd. The replacement roof looks superb set against the existing stonework. St Nicholas Church, is a landmark building set on the approach to Hengistbury Head, Bournemouth.

The scaffolding is coming down above Franco Manca for phase 2 of the new fascia. Flag poles are up in homage to the original design. Phase 1 demolition works to the 1960s facade are completed. Later this year the 1st floor will be open for @patchplaces including shiny new windows,
