BUILDING ESTIMATOR

We are looking for an Estimator or Assistant Estimator to work within our busy team. The role will be a key role at the centre of our operations. Ideally the right person will have a succesful track record in a similar role, or will have the appropriate technical and commercial expertise to adapt to the role, probably QS background. The applicant will be able to:-

  • Carry out detailed taking off from plans and specifications
  • Work to fixed and sometimes fast timescales
  • Liaise with subcontrators and supply chain to obtain best prices
  • Liaise with client and design team
  • Represent the company in an entirely professional manner promoting good relationships with all.
