The Old Rectory was completely refurbished and completed in 2023. The property required extensive structural works to safeguard its future. After the high quality finishes were completed the property was handed back to its then owners. In 2024 the property changed hands and Spetisbury Construction Limited were invited back to
Dairy Cottages, Wimborne were destroyed by Fire in 2023 which resulted in a loss of nearly all of the building fabric. The remnants were simply the masonry walls and the precarious chimney breasts. The work to restore the buildings commenced in 2025 with Spetisbury Construction Limited working with Wellington King
