It’s great to see this extensive temporary roof being removed from these luxury penthouses. This temporary structure has been invaluable in allowing the new homes to be completed through the winter period.

Once the structure has been removed we can complete the external façade treatments and lift shaft construction. This will bring this dated building built in the 1960’s up to date with a great contemporary finish, fitting of its Sandbanks location.
