We were selected to construct a new waste transfer station by a local company that was developing their own site to then be sublet to the large waste organisation Veolia.

The building site was a pre-cleared parcel of land situated in the area of the old munitions and cordite factories on Holton Heath, Dorset. The requirement for the building moved forward very quickly with the price being negotiated, leases being signed and building work commencing all within a matter of a few weeks.
