We were appointed by Bournemouth Churches Housing Authority to convert Denley House, a former care home in Westbourne, into twelve self-contained studios for alcohol dependents aged 55 and over. A ground floor office, communal kitchen, lounge and dining room were also to be created.

Our remit was to fully re-wire, re-floor and re-decorate the property, installing ensuite, kitchenette and new fire resisting doors throughout. All the existing walls were stripped back to bare walls and re-plastered as required.
