Since the formation of the company, Spetisbury Construction has been heavily involved in projects where work has been carried out in a manner that is sympathetic to the existing building structure.

The skills of the people that we employ allow us to complete these schemes using techniques that would have been used when the buildings were originally constructed. Our attention to detail and emphasis on quality reinforces our strengths in this area.

We also have a great deal of experience in working with Conservation Officers, including during the renovation of our own Grade II listed offices.
