Tollard Court

Tollard Court is a block of flats positioned on the Cliff top of Bournemouth. The scheme we were employed to complete consisted of the updating of an existing top floor penthouse, including completing extensions and terraces onto an existing flat roof.

This scheme was very challenging in its nature, particularly with regard to access, and in working above and around other apartment owners who remained within the building.

The whole process of construction was filmed for Channel 4´s Grand Designs.
