Spetisbury Construction were approached by the design team for this scheme to negotiate to carry out the complete refurbishment of this large property.

The contract included an extensive rebuild of sections of the building, construction of a large basement with swimming pool and a high quality refurbishment of the remaining parts of the building.

This project required the finest attention to detail, as quality was of the up most importance.
