Greenhill, Weymouth

An old dilapidated hotel situated in Weymouth was purchased by a local developer for redevelopment as 14 luxury flats.

After a formal tendering process Spetisbury Construction contracted to carry out the complete refurbishment of the existing building and to construct a new wing to the rear.

The flats were completed to a fine standard with the extension built in complete harmony with the existing building.
