East Cliff Court Hotel, Bournemouth

The East Cliff Hotel refurbishment is one of many hotel refurbishments completed by Spetisbury Construction.

As with all schemes of this type, programme is critical, as work generally needs to be completed through the closed season.

An extensive refurbishment of this type was a massive undertaking in the time available. It was apparent from the start that the key to the success of the project would be the level of resources that could be committed.

Through our experience in management of refurbishments and the resources we have, the project was successfully completed.
